SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

4 to 6 Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 (4 oz) Can Pineapple
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Ginger

Mix flour, salt, & pepper together.
Coat chicken and fry in oil until brown.
Place in baking dish. 
Heat pineapple, sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, corn starch & ginger until thick.
Pour over the chicken , cover and bake at 350% for about 1 hour.
