BBQ BAKED BEANS

BBQ BAKED BEANS

3 (16 oz ) cans Pork & Beans
1 small Onion Chopped
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Syrup, (Light or Dark)
2 TBSP. BBQ Sauce
4 slices Bacon (Optional)

Combine all ingredients except Bacon. 
Mix well.
Put in deep casserole dish. 
Put Bacon on top and bake at 325% for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or Bacon is Brown.

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

4 to 6 Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 (4 oz) Can Pineapple
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Ginger

Mix flour, salt, & pepper together.
Coat chicken and fry in oil until brown.
Place in baking dish. 
Heat pineapple, sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, corn starch & ginger until thick.
Pour over the chicken , cover and bake at 350% for about 1 hour.

YELLOW RICE CASSEROLE

YELLOW RICE CASSEROLE

1 Package Yellow Rice cooked & Drained
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Mexicorn 
1 Cup grated Cheese

Spray baking dish with cooking spray/or grease your pan
Mix all the Ingredients together after cooking your Yellow Rice.
Place in baking dish and top with 1/2 cup Grated Cheese.
Bake at 350% for 30 Minutes.

HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

2 Pound Bag Frozen Hash Browns
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
16 oz of Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Tsp. Salt 
1/2 TSP. Black Pepper
2 Cups Grated Cheese
2 Cups Bread Crumbs

In a large Casserole Dish, spread Hash Browns.
Mix 1/2 cup of Butter, Onion , Sour Cream, Mushroom Soup , Salt & Pepper together.
Pour over Hash Browns sprinkle with Grated Cheese.
Mix the other 1/2 cup of Melted Butter and Bread Crumbs together and Sprinkle over Casserole.
Bake at 350% for 45 MINUTES.

GRAPE SALAD

GRAPE SALAD

4 cups Green Grapes
4 cups Red Grapes
1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Powered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Chopped Pecans (Optional)

Wash and destem Grapes.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, powered sugar and vanilla.
Put mixture with Grapes and mix well, Refrigerate overnight.
Mix Brown Sugar & Pecans. 
Sprinkle over Salad when ready to serve.
