Fruit Salad





I wanted to share this with you guys because it is something that we enjoy to eat. 
When you are full of all the holiday food this will come in handy even your kids will eat it. 
I cant recall where I found this but I do hope you all ENJOY!

Fruit Salad
Ingredients

16 ounces plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6  Red Delicious Apples cut into slices
3 Green Apples cut into slices
1 1/2 cup green grape


Directions
Combine yogurt, nutmeg, sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
Pour over prepared fruit, tossing to cover the apples and grapes.
Chill.

Apple Dumplings

APPLE DUMPLINGS

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 stick butter
1 can Crescent Rolls
Apples
Cinnamon (optional)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter and mix with sugar and water. 
Cut apples into 8 quarters.
Wrap each quarter with a crescent roll.
Put into baking dish and pour mixture over apples.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Fudge



FUDGE
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla



Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan bring to boil stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until cools slightly and starts to get hard.
Pour into buttered pan.

Easy Peach Cobbler


EASY PEACH COBBLER

2 cans sliced peaches (in heavy syrup)
1 box butter flavored Cake mix
1/2 cup butter (melted)


Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Pour peaches into 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over peaches.
Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Easy No Bake Pumpkin Pie





Easy No Bake Pumpkin Pie

1 graham cracker crust
2 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 
1 &1/4 c. milk
1 c. plain canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice 
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed

Beat instant pudding and milk; will be very thick.
Beat in pumpkin and spice. 
Fold in 1/2 carton Cool Whip and stir until well combined. 
Pour into pie crust.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. 
Chill several hours before serving.
