HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

2 Pound Bag Frozen Hash Browns
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
16 oz of Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Tsp. Salt 
1/2 TSP. Black Pepper
2 Cups Grated Cheese
2 Cups Bread Crumbs

In a large Casserole Dish, spread Hash Browns.
Mix 1/2 cup of Butter, Onion , Sour Cream, Mushroom Soup , Salt & Pepper together.
Pour over Hash Browns sprinkle with Grated Cheese.
Mix the other 1/2 cup of Melted Butter and Bread Crumbs together and Sprinkle over Casserole.
Bake at 350% for 45 MINUTES.
